- Abigail Oliver as Penny, a 6-year old penguin who is an expert at undersea life in her submarine and the only female cadet.
- Lucas Kalechstein as Brody, a 7-year old puffin who loves to fly with the waves, over and on.
- Ethan Pugiotto as Rod, a 11-year old rooster who's ready to drive around the island with his all-terrain vehicle.
- Colin Doyle as Speedy, The Cadets' ace instructor who helps out the Top Wing cadets.
- Bryn McAuley as Bea, a female chief mechanic who helps out at HQ with Speedy.
